Friday Favorites!!!

It’s Friday and that means happiness! It’s been a long time since we linked up with Narci , Andrea and Erika , but that changes today! One One of our New Years Resolution was to create more products. It’s safe to say we’ve been keeping up with this goal as we’ve created a ton of new resources in 2017 so far and what has gotten us through this month is our Ninja Coffee Bar! Friends, this coffee machine is amazing. Each of the Double Dose creators own one. We love it so much we even stopped our daily coffee trips to our beloved Tim Hortons. It’s THAT good. Check out our coffee beverages below… Each of us are thinking, “how did we survive before our Ninjas?!?!” This little miracle is a Friday Favorite! Two One of our newest products is an Inauguration Day Writing Craftivity . We noticed our little learners were very opinionated about the new President-Elect so we decided to turn their opinions into a writing prompt. Winter Craftivities!

If you’re anything like the Double Dose of Learning teachers, you’re probably thinking, “how the heck are we already in January?” We always feel the beginning of the school year flashes by in the blink of an eye but that the winter season drags on. Ever heard of the saying, “January is like one long Monday”? To prevent that case-of-the-Mondays feeling, we’ve been planning tons of fun activities to keep our students engaged and focused this month.   Recently our students completed some of our Winter Math Craftivities to review a portion of the math content from earlier this year. These activities were great to complete after the 10-day break our students had. If you’re currently working on these standards, these craftivities are a fun way for students to show their learning!
